Calling all Realtors that work with investors, own investment properties, and those that want to learn more about the nonowner occupied side of the real estate business. For our September lunch and learn we are bringing in guest speaker Josh Smith. Josh is the Managing Partner at the Fulton Group. Over the years they have successfully acquired and manage over 250 rental units. In addition to the rental business Josh has also run a contraction company working with 203k Renovation loans and has been a licensed Realtor in the Grand Rapids market for over 22 years. We wanted to bring in a true expert on rentals and couldn’t think of anyone better than Josh. During this event Josh is going to show you how they did it and answer all of your questions. At the same time we will tie in some of the loan programs out there and available for investors.
Here is a list of some of the things we will cover during the event:
Come learn from two of the best! Speaker Josh Smith is bringing his vast knowledge on rentals and Jeremy Drobeck who has helped many investors out over the years have tons of great stuff to cover. This is a live event only, no zoom this time. Feel free to bring your investor clients along with you.
