I wish I could give them a 10, by far the best neighbor loan officer in the world. And I'll just tell ya my story cause I know there is plenty of that was in my same shoes. When I tell I have tried to get a loan year after year, that call saying you didn't qualify sorry have a good day better luck next year. Followed by a call back year after year asking if I'm ready to apply again. Well Ms. Peggy Mr Jeremy and Mr Kyle not only email also calling telling me how to improve my credit giving me tip of things to check for and everything you can think.Long story short I went from a 540 to a 600 in 4 months and got the call finally saying I was approved. I've worked so hard to get here and it finally paid off. So before you waste your time calling people who only care bout making a sale. And I owe them for showing me how to get my score up I never had to go back to them to do business I could went else where, so making that call back to them to say I was ready was the easiest call I've ever made they made this process so easy. I can gareente no other business would put in the effort like they do with every single person's they come in contact with thank you so much.
