August 2022 Lunch & Learn / Webinar: Renovation Financing

Got Repairs?  Renovation Financing for FHA, RD, VA, & Conventional

We LOVE reno loans!!!   Seriously most lenders run from houses in need of repairs.   We embrace them.    Over the last few years the number of renovation loans we have done has grown dramatically.  Given the state of the market we have been using these programs to help solve problems and get offers accepted.    With the renovation loan a buyer can make an offer on a home, get a bid from a contractor, and finance in both appraiser required repairs and repairs that the home buyer wants to do.    Maybe there is water in the basement or a tarp on the roof.  No problem!  Maybe the buyer loves the house but there is no garage.  No problem!   With the renovation loan we can accommodate almost any repair or renovation that is needed.  We have a renovation option for all the major loan programs:  FHA, RD, VA, & Conventional.

Hot Topics We Will Cover

Here is a list of some of the things we will cover during the event:

  • Renovation Financing Options
  • How to handle appraiser required repairs
  • The built in appraisal gap grantee for FHA 203k Renovation loans.
  • The But Loan:  “I love this house but. . . . “
  • The easy solution for: Bad roof, bad septic, bad well, foundation issues, etc
  • Renovation loans for investors
  • Help getting FHA, RD, & VA loans accepted
  • Reduce the number of homes showed per buyer

Come learn from one of the best!  Speaker Jeremy Drobeck was the Number #1 loan officer at Amerifirst in 2021 helping hundreds of home buyers  navigate their way to home and ownership.  Jeremy closed 52 renovation loans in 2021 alone and currently has 15 of them in processing (clients with accepted offers).  He brings a wealth of knowledge on the topic.   If you “Got Repairs”  we got a solution!

We want to help Real Estate Agents sell more homes.  Renovation financing is an amazing tool for the toolbox and is sure to help move some more properties.  If you have ever heard or said “That house wont go FHA” this is a must attend event.   We are offering both a live event and zoom webinar for each of our lunch and learns this year.  If you need help with anything between now and our next event don’t hesitate to reach out.   Can wait to see you there!
