Each year we try and bring relevant education topics to real estate professions. These topics are designed for agents at any level. Regardless if you are a rookie agent or seasoned veteran there is always more to learn. In this forever shifting real estate market we are here to help you level up your game! Below you will find a list of the topics we plan to cover and dates for each. For each topic we are offering a Live event and a Zoom Webinar on the same topic the following week. Did you ever look at a duplex near the Vine Neighborhood, Stuart Area, or Milwood and assume you needed a massive 20% or 25% down payment just to write an offer?
Yesterday morning, a first-time home buyer stopped by my office in Portage. They spent the past two years renting an apartment near Western Michigan University for $1,450 every month.
Over the weekend, they toured a fully occupied two-unit duplex listed at $275,000 near Westnedge Hill. The upstairs tenant was paying $1,250 per month on an active lease, and the main-floor two-bedroom unit was ready for a new occupant.
