We LOVE reno loans!!! Seriously most lenders run from houses in need of repairs. We embrace them. Over the last few years the number of renovation loans we have done has grown dramatically. Given the state of the market we have been using these programs to help solve problems, make houses work for a buyer, and get offers accepted. With the renovation loan a buyer can make an offer on a home, get a bid from a contractor, and finance in both appraiser required repairs and repairs that the home buyer wants to do. Maybe there is water in the basement or a tarp on the roof. No problem! Maybe the buyer loves the house but there is no garage. No problem! With the renovation loan we can accommodate almost any repair or renovation that is needed. We have a renovation option for both FHA & Conventional.
Here is a list of some of the things we will cover during the event:
Come learn from one of the best! Speaker Jeremy Drobeck has closed hundreds of renovation loans and dealt with countless repairs. Helping home buyers and agents navigate their way thru the process. He brings a wealth of knowledge on the topic. If you “Got Repairs” we got a solution!
We want to help Real Estate Agents sell more homes. Renovation financing is an amazing tool for the toolbox and is sure to help move some more properties. If you have ever heard or said “That house wont go FHA” this is a must attend event. We are offering both a live event and zoom webinar. If you need help with anything between now and our next event don’t hesitate to reach out. You can also find more information here. Can wait to see you there!
